Dirt is moving and the much awaited new master planned community, Locale, formerly known as Syringa Valley, is getting closer to being opened.

Syringa Valley development located on South Cole is moving forward and being renamed Locale, pronounced [loh-kal, –kahl]. Where there are not many new developments or new homes in the Boise area, Locale aims to bring a new fresh vibe and promote local living.

“Boise has cultivated this fantastic vibe and we want to bring that culture and energy to this new community. Locale won’t just be a place to live, but a place to grow. A place to explore, to meet new people, to enjoy local amenities and more,” said Corey Barton, Owner/President of CBH Homes, “Syringa Valley didn’t bring the feelings and space we wanted to build here. Locale will be a place to be close, be home and live local.”

Locale is a master planned community that will offer over 2,000 homes, estates, townhomes and more  all within minutes of the Boise Airport and downtown Boise. It will feature amenities encouraging residents to have fun, go outside and enjoy what this location has to offer. The mixed-use development will boast a walkable/bikeable lifestyle with future phases including schools, parks, apartments and a village center with office and retail space. Along with pools, walking and biking trails among additional outdoor activities, Locale will offer a home for every lifestyle.

The community is invited to explore the area and stay tuned on upcoming release dates and events here: localeboise.com
